RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Mesa Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:

The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
When approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Promotional or free items
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Mesa Naturals error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, Mesa Naturals does not accept returns on international orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
REFUSAL OF RETURNS
Mesa Naturals reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or appear to be abusive or fraudulent.
