At Mesa Naturals, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below for details about our shipping practices.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once the order has been shipped. Mesa Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the shipping method selected.
Occasionally, Mesa Naturals may offer free or promotional shipping. Any such offers will be clearly communicated at checkout or through promotional materials.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Mesa Naturals is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. If you need additional assistance, you may also contact us at the email address below.
Mesa Naturals is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing by the customer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Mesa Naturals primarily ships within the United States. If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
International delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
